THE PORCH THERAPY STUDIO

A place to breathe, slow down, and be real.

Hi, I’m Alanna.

I help women, teens, and parents who are overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched too thin.

If you've been trying to power through it, I see you.

I show up in therapy as a real person — not a blank wall and not a clinical robot.

You can talk to me the way you talk in real life.

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest.

This space is designed for that.

What I offer here at the Porch Therapy Studio:

• Warm and grounded conversation

• Nervous system awareness

• Practical tools that work on real days

    Responding rather than reacting

    Reducing overwhelm and burnout

We work on building systems and strategies that actually fit the way your brain works.

    Overwhelm and task paralysis

    Emotional regulation and self-talk

    Time management and organization strategies

Routines that feel realistic, not rigid

This is not about “trying harder.”
It’s about working with your nervous system, not against it.

You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
